Together we are a family of God. We love God and love one another. We strive to live our lives in authentic and transparent ways in order to be transformed by Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit each day.

We value serving our community and reaching those outside the four walls of our church. Our heart is to heed Jesus' call to love and to serve the wounded and broken of our cities. It is easier to stay within the walls of the church, but it is more effective to get out of them. We believe God can use our church to transform our city!

We value the authority of God's Word and the leadership of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, we encourage every church family member to join a Life Group to learn more about the Bible and to walk with each other in their faith journey.

We are definitely not a perfect church, therefore we practice extending grace to each other so we can continue to grow together.

Our story began in 2005 when Pastor Adelita Garza started a Spanish speaking ministry called Puente (Bridge) at Ventura First Assembly Church in Ventura, CA.
In 2009, the ministry was launched as a Spanish speaking church plant named Puente de Vida in Santa Paula, CA.
In 2012, God guided the church leadership to have bilingual services for both our English and Spanish speaking communities.
In 2015, our first daughter church, Bridge of Life was launched in Santa Paula, CA.
In 2018, our second daughter church, Ancla Segura was launched in Port Hueneme, CA.
In 2019, our third daughter church, Misión Puente was launched in Puruandiro Michoacán, Mexico.

We are thankful to God for growing His church.
